1. Pendaftaran
Untuk menyertai setiap kontez mahupun menghantar SMS
atau MMS, y'all perlu mendaftar, ingat! pendaftaran hanya sekali seumur hidup. Setiap pendaftaran akan dicaj sebanyak RM0.30. Untuk mendaftar taip:

2. SMS

3. MMS

Terms & Conditions
- All in-house SMS, MMS games & contests by ‘The Publisher’ are open to all residents of Malaysia, Singapore, & Brunei aged 18 years or above except the employees and family members of ‘The Publisher’. Participants below aged 18 years old must get the approval form his/her parent(s) or legal guardian. Participation of other contests by the page advertisers shall be subjected to their terms and conditions.
- To send SMS or MMS, participate in the contests in the magazines (GEMPAK, UTOPIA, HYPE, STARZ & COMIC KING), the participants are required to register for GEMPAK STARZ. All SMS registration entries must be sent via 32632 gateway. Participants agree to provide their current, complete and accurate information as requested during their registration. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
- All SMS registration must be current, correct & completed in full (as requested) or will be invalid. The systems will response on every registration made by the new participants for further process.
- ‘The Publisher’ accepts no responsibility for any SMS, MMS games & contests participation entries that are lost, incomplete or not received by ‘The Publisher’ for any reason whatsoever. In any event that any information provided on the registration is found to be misleading, that entry shall be deemed invalid.
- ‘The Publisher’ will use reasonable efforts to notify individual prize winners in its future magazine issues. However, there shall be no liability on ‘The Publisher’ part in the event if the notifications do not reach the participants.
- By participating in the SMS, MMS games & contests, participants agree to grant to ‘The Publisher’ a royalty-free and non-exclusive of announcement to be published and distributed on their entry submissions and or any part thereof, in any media and publication, whether in print or online.
- Where prizes under the SMS, MMS games & contests are items or goods, these shall be subjected to availability. ‘The Publisher’ reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equivalent monetary value, without prior notice. In the event prizes involve manufactured items, these shall be subject to manufacturer’s terms & conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and ‘The Publisher’ does not accept any responsibility for the same.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ‘The Publisher’ accepts no responsibility what-so-ever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury that may occur as a consequence of an individual’s participation in the SMS, MMS games & contests. Participants undertake to keep ‘The Publisher’ harmless and indemnified against any losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by ‘The Publisher’ due to breach of any of these terms & conditions by the participants and or arising from the participation of the participant in any of the SMS, MMS games & contests.
- In the event of any dispute arising from any of the SMS, MMS games & contests, the decision of ‘The Publisher’ shall be final and binding.
- By entering the SMS, MMS games & contests, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ‘The Publisher’ has the right to modify the terms & conditions contained herein and, or, withdraw the SMS, MMS games & contests at any stage without any liability towards anyone. The SMS, MMS games & contests shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
