Keith
Born in 1975 in Kuala Lumpur, he started studying Graphic Design at In-House Institute of Graphic Design in 1994. 3 years later, he took up 2D animation at Lim Kok Wing Institute and the 3D animation at Sheridan College, Canada. In 2003 he joined Art Square Group as a comic assistant. A year later he was promoted to comic artist. Keith began setting the Gempak magazine on fire with his popular comic strip series, "Lawak Kampus" (which has been released in a couple of graphic novel wraps) namely "Lawak Kampus Revive", "Lawak Kampus Rebound", "Lawak Seleb Superstar" and "Lawak Seleb". His drawing, seamlessly blending from funky to post-modern style and the man combines both technical adequacy and purified taste in comic to create a truly unforgettable occurrence. Keith is currently working on his on-going, much acclaimed series, "Wasabi".
Achievement:
Finalist for Multi Frame Comic Category for his exclusive title 'Hero' at the Oriental Animation and Comic Competition (OACC) 2005 in Beijing.
Won Best Overseas Comic Award for his exclusive comic title 'Guardian Force' at the Oriental Animation and Comic Competition (OACC) 2007 in China.
Finalist for Shorei Award in International Manga Award at Minato, Japan held in 2007.
